TAPS Home | Event Parking | Shuttles for Your Event Shuttles for Your Event If you will need to provide transportation for your event attendees, you have the option of renting a vehicle from Fleet Services and providing your own driver, or chartering a shuttle from Campus Transit Operations. You can download a shuttle reservation form and submit it, or you can call 831/459-3228 to discuss options directly with a transit supervisor. The current cost for a shuttle with driver is $83/hour, with a two-hour minimum. Please note: To order signs for your event call the Work Order Desk at 831/459-4444 or email wodesk@ucsc.edu.
