Shuttle Rentals

If you need to provide transportation for your event attendees, you have the option of renting a vehicle from Fleet Services and providing your own driver, or chartering a shuttle from Campus Transit Operations. The current cost for chartering a TAPS shuttle with driver is $83/hour, with a two-hour minimum.

To reserve a shuttle, right-click the PDF link, shuttle reservation form, to download and save the form to your computer. Please note:

  • This form has multiple layers. Before the form has been downloaded to your desktop, it will appear as compressed and illogical.
  • You must download the form to your desktop to be able to enter your information and remove the form's compressed appearance.
  • You must have Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat to use the form. You can download the free Adobe Reader here.
