Shuttle Rentals

If you need to provide transportation for your event attendees, you have the option of renting a vehicle from Fleet Services and providing your own driver, or chartering a shuttle from Campus Transit Operations. The current cost for chartering a TAPS shuttle with driver is $91/hour ($83/hour effective 9/1/17), with a two-hour minimum.

You can download a shuttle reservation form and submit it, or you can call (831) 459-3228 to discuss options directly with a transit supervisor. Please note that the shuttle reservation form will not be interactive until you download it to your desktop. If you encounter problems or need assistance downloading the reservation form call Deborah Bryant at (831) 459-1097.
