Shuttle Rentals

If you need to provide transportation for your event attendees, you have the option of renting a vehicle from Fleet Services and providing your own driver, or chartering a shuttle from Campus Transit Operations. The current cost for chartering a TAPS shuttle with driver is $83/hour, with a two-hour minimum.

To reserve a shuttle, download and submit a shuttle reservation form. Please note that when you click on the link, the reservation form will have a compressed appearance. Once you download the form to your desktop it will display properly and you will be able to enter your information.
