Shuttle Rentals

If you need to provide transportation for your event attendees, you have the option of renting a vehicle from Fleet Services and providing your own driver, or chartering a shuttle from Campus Transit Operations.

The following shuttle reservation fees all require a consecutive 4 hour minimum.

Driver:  
$52/hour/per (consecutive 4 hour minimum) 

Driver with Bus:
$117/hour/per (consecutive 4 hour minimum) 

Please Note: Charters may require overtime payment to drivers at $78/hr. You will be notified when you request a charter about the potential for overtime fees.

Fleet Services Van Rental
2-12 passenger vans may be rented from UCSC Fleet Services. Rates vary from $45 - $140 per day.
