Changes to Kiosk Function and Staffing
As of March 2013, the function of the Main Entrance Kiosk has changed on weekday afternoons. From 7:00am–1:00pm, TAPS staff will continue to sell daily permits to visitors and employees, as well as issue pre-paid permits and provide directions. From 1:00pm–4:00pm students employees now staff the Kiosk, issuing pre-paid permits to guests, and offering information and directions. Those needing to purchase any type of permit after 1:00pm can do so at the TAPS Sales Office in the H Barn. The Kiosk now closes at 4:00pm, but the Sales Office continues to remain open until 5:00pm. If you are expecting guests after 1:00pm, information about options to provide them with parking permits is available here.
Summer intersession shuttle and Westside Bike Shuttle service will operate from June 17 through June 21.
Summer Session shuttle and Westside Bike Shuttle service will operate Monday through Friday from June 24 through August 30. Printable schedules are available.
Graduate students with a summer appointment can purchase an employee bus pass (valid July 1 – September 30) by completing the online parking permit application, or by visiting the TAPS Sales Office.
Undergraduate student employees who are working on campus for summer may be eligible to purchase a summer quarterly bus pass (valid July 1 – September 30). Email firstname.lastname@example.org or visit the TAPS Sales Office for more information.
Spring 2013 stickers are valid on Metro buses through June 30, 2013.
