    Administrative Supervisor Parking Sales and Enforcement

    The Administrative Supervisor of Parking Sales and Enforcement will oversee the daily operations of the Parking Sales Office, which manages 430 permit types for all faculty, staff, students, visitors, and construction parking and provides administrative review of all parking citation appeals for the campus. The incumbent will advise affiliates and visitors on complex policies and procedures, parking accessibility, transportation alternative programs, and campus events through both written and verbal means. This position will provide backup supervision and support for Parking Enforcement operations as needed.

  • Transportation Operations Administrative Analyst

    This role will provide solutions to improve the data quality, processes, and documentation used in daily administrative operations of TAPS programs and projects. Programs and projects may be related to public transit, vanpool, charter, disability van service, and biking. This is an on-site role five days a week and oversees two direct reports.   • Assistant Transit Manager - Full Time (full benefits)

  • Good for those who have a class B license with management or leadership experience

    This position is one of three Assistant Transit Managers in the Campus Transit Operation. Primary duties include scheduling over 40 professional drivers; monitoring service and drivers throughout the day; adjust shifts and staffing as necessary; oversight of Transit Assistant and Disability Van Service; interact with TAPS mechanic and campus Fleet Services personnel; assist with quarterly driver bid and safety training processes and procedures; write and deliver annual performance evaluations; audit driver time sheets each day; calculate and post daily passenger totals; ensure driver time sheets each day; calculate and post daily passenger totals; ensure driver adherence to department and federal; yard management including vehicle flow, parking, and charging; operate and monitor software and dashboards related to transit operations such as video-based safety systems, vehicle telematics and load management systems; drive to fill shifts as needed. Closing duties include ensuring that all vehicles and facilities are secured.
