Campus Transit Shuttle Routes and Schedules
During the fall, winter, and spring quarters UCSC Campus Transit operates three on-campus routes: The Loop, Upper Campus, and the Night Upper Campus.
For winter quarter 2025, TAPS is piloting a new route: Science Hill Limited.
The schedule will be adjusted on breaks, holidays, and final exam days.

Loop Routing
This is a circulator shuttle and runs consistently without fixed departure times.
Shuttles depart from either the Main Entrance, traveling counterclockwise, or the Barn Theater, traveling clockwise (see map).
Shuttles depart at least every 30 minutes with more service during class changes

New Pilot Route: Science Hill Limited
TAPS is piloting a new route to provide fixed time points and increase service during the busiest times of the day.
The Science Hill Limited pilot route departs from both the East and West Remote Lots at fixed times based on class schedules. Shuttles will hold over for 10 minutes at Science Hill and return to the Remote lots. This limited route only makes selected stops (see map).
