The Campus has begun repair and repaving work on Porter Kresge Road effective June 24th which will continue through July 19, 2019. These repairs will include the following traffic impacts:
Affected Area
Porter Kresge Road, from Heller Drive (main entrance) to Kresge Circle.
Scheduled dates
Monday 6/24–Tuesday 6/25: Two-way traffic, some flagger activity, minor delays possible.
Wednesday 6/26–Wednesday 7/3: Divided section of Porter Kresge Road will be closed (from main entrance @ Heller Drive to just before entrance to Parking Lot 125). Detour signs will be posted on Heller Drive starting at the southern end of Porter Kresge Road leading up to and onto the north end of Porter Kresge Road. Access to Parking Lots 124 & 125 will remain available (via northern end of Porter Kresge Road).Thursday 7/4–Monday 7/8: One-way south-bound traffic control, entire construction zone. Detour signs will be posted on Heller Drive to and onto the north end of Porter Kresge Road. Access to Parking Lots 124 & 125 will remain available (via northern end of Porter Kresge Road).
Tuesday 7/9–Thursday 7/18: Two-way traffic, some flagger activity, minor delays possible.Traffic control will be used / in place, possible wait times for traffic could be up to 10 minutes. Please be observant and use caution when passing through this area.
